With this feature, you will improve efficiency by configuring commission calculations for item category, customer, salesperson and type of sale. You can also choose to pay your sales personnel when contracts close or when contracts are paid in full and even reduce commissions based on days to pay, which encourages sales staff to assist in the accounts receivable process. Category levels allow you to differentiate commission percentages based on item groups (e.g., earth moving, plumbing, trailers, tents, chairs, etc.) and type of sale for the group, while customer levels allow a commission to be adjusted. With this feature, the combinations are endless—giving you the flexibility you need to incentivize your sales team.
