Allows you to create an Internal Maintenance Order from inside the item record. 

 

Enter the Description for the Internal Maintenance Order

Enter any comments for the Internal Maintenance Order

 Once the comments have been entered, the Maintenance Order has been created and the item added to the Maintenance Order.
