Creating an In-Store Credit

 

1.   At the payment screen, enter a negative value in the Rental/Sale or Deposit field and choose the method of In-store Credit and click OK.

 

2.   The ability to apply In-Store credits is not available to account customers. If a refund is due simply click the OK button and a credit will automatically post the account.
