The Year to date Category Totals report shows each category’s total income for the monthly range that you select for each year. For example, you can select a starting month of July and an ending month of September to give you the third quarter income for the last number of years. You can choose to view the Year to Date Category Totals for Rental Items, Sales Items, Parts Items or all Items. Select your desired months to report and the report will look similar to the following:
