Each User Profile stores the specific settings for the individual user such as printer assignments, cash drawer assignments, store number, scan file name. OCR file name and signature file name. User Profiles can be modifed by clicking on the user, this will open the Printer Selection Screen where you can modify the assigned printers for this user..
Default user profile by store: If you use the terminal naming of StrXPCX, then it knows the store number from the username. If there isn’t a Specific User Profile created, then it will look for DefualtStrX.
Prtinter Selection Screen.
By clicking on the Advanced tab, you can select Modify to change the User Name, Flie Name, Store, and Menu Code. The User Profile screen will show all of the users and their settings and will look simailar to the follow screen.
