This report shows all of the contracts that have this item rented/sold on the contract. The contract number, customer name, date out, date in, hours, and price will be displayed for each contract.
*Note: The records can be sorted and resorted by left clicking on the column heading. For example, to sort the above by customer, simply put the cursor over the “Customer” heading and left click on it.
Grouping - Allows you to group by Contract, Contract Info, Customer, Date In, Date Out, Job Site Month In, Month Out, Status or Store.
Ex. Contract was selected, this will display all contracts related to this item, Store, Status Customer, Date Out, Date In, Hours, Qty, Price, Contract items and Job Site. Top line will give you the total summary of all contracts listed.
