Task List/Reminder

 

The Point-of-Rental System offers useful management tools such as task management, aiding in reminders, and customer relationship management.  These can be a fundamental benefit in strengthening your company’s employee management and customer relationship efforts.  These tools are especially useful for instances where: someone needs to remember something, remember to do something, or to remind someone else to do something.   There is nothing worse than making a promise to a customer and not following through. Let the computer do some of the work for you.

 

There are many ways in which you can assign a task or create a reminder.

 

      Directly through the Counter System Menu, /Task/List Reminders. 

      Creating a New Contract/Quote (Create Reminder Only)

      Modify a Contract

      Sending out a Reservation

      Closing a Contract

      Cloning a Contract

      Creating a Customer Work Order (Create Reminder Only)

      Inquiring, Modifying, or Closing a Customer Work Order

      Creating an Internal Repair Order (Create Reminder Only)

      Inquiring, Modifying, or Closing an Internal Repair Order

      Reprint/Inquire Contract

      File Maintenance/Customer Record Detail (Create Reminder Only)

Task

The To Do Tasks feature allows tasks to be assigned, modified and completed for yourself or other employees. The tasks can be for one time or periodic such as daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. When you select this option you will get the following menu:
