Send Message

 

If you want to send and Email select the Send Message button. Once selected, the Enter Email window will display and you may type in your message. If you reach the end of a line, the system will automatically wrap around to the next line. When you are finished, select the OK button. A listing of operator names that can receive your Email will be displayed similar to the following:

 

 

By default all active employees will be listed. You can optionally list only employees from a particular store or from a particular group. In either case, left click the employee name to select that employee or click All to select all employees shown. Once you have the desired employees selected, click the OK button.

            * Note: Depending on how the Operator is set, the can receive the message via interoffice mail, text messaging or email.
