From Program Menu, go to Database Management, select Inventory Price Adjustment.
This will permit you to change rental and/or sales prices on an “across the board” or category basis. First you must enter the owner's level password.
Note: Then you will be informed that other POINT-OF-RENTAL™ terminals must not be in use.

Category – Defines the Item Category in which prices are to be changed. If you set it to a single category code, only items in that category will be changed. If you leave it set to “ALL” then prices for the entire inventory will be changed.
Rental Price % Change – Defines the percenta change to be applied to your rental rates. It may be specified up to two decimal places. For example 5.25 designates a 5 and ¼ percent increase. A negative number is use for prices decreases. For example -4.5 designates a 4 and ½ percent decrease.
Renatal Price Round Off - Defines the round off factor to be applied to the adjusted rental prices. For example 0.50 causes all rental prices to be rounded off to the nearest 50 cents.
*Caution: If you round to the nearest dollar, items with low renal rates may round up/down in an undesirable fashion. For example suppose you rent plates for $0.35/day, $1.00/week and $3.40/month and round to $1.00 with a 10% price increase, the rates will be $0.00/day, $1.00/week and $4.00/month.
Sell Price % change – Defines the percent change to be applied to your sell prices. It may be specified up to two decimal places. For example, 5.25 designates a 5 and ¼ percent increaase. A negative number is used for proces decreases, For example, - 4.5 designates a 4 and ½ percent decrease.
Sell Prices Round Off - Defines the round off factor to be applied to the adjusted sell prices. For example, 0.50 causes all sell proces to be rounded off to the neares 50 cents.
Purchase Price % change – Defines the purchase prices to be applied to your purchase price. It may be specified up to two decimal places. Fore example, 5.25 designates a 5 and ¼ percent increase. A negative number is used for price decreases. For example -4.5 designates a 4 and ½ percent decrease.
Purchase Price Round Off – Defines the round off factor to be applied to the adjusted purchase prices. For example, 0.50 causes all purchases prices to be rounded off to the neares 50 cents.
After you have setup the adjustment selections, click the PROCESS button to process the price changes. The program will scan through your enter inventory and make the appropriate changes. You will be prompted when the adjustments have been made.
