Each Epicor SKU for the descriptions in the table below needs to be mapped. This handles generic Epicor SKUs such as RENTAL, DAMAGE WAIVER and DEPOSIT. Additionally, each store’s Epicor default cash customer ID needs to be included in the table below. For more information on configuring the cash customer see User Profile.

Additionally, a Point of Rental category can be mapped to an Epicor generic SKU by making the name of the category match the Epicor SKU or by adding the Epicor SKU to the GLIncome5 field of the Category. In the example below, any items in the FUEL category on a contract will be passed to Point of Sale with the FUEL SKU
