Customer Call Log by Group

The Customer Call Log Report prints all of the call logs entered for the time period you chose.  You select how the report is grouped between Customer Name, Call Log Type, and Operator Name.

The report will look similar to the following:

You can click on the operator’s name on the left side of the screen to select the calls for that particular operator.
