Contract History Report

 

This program produces reports about customers and items based on information retrieved from historical contracts.  The program must read every record in the Contract History file, find those that meet the selected criteria, then sort the result.  Therefore, the time required to produce the report will depend on how many contracts are currently contained in the file.  Most of the information in these reports can be viewed in File Maintenance, Inquire.

 

Note:  Only those contracts that have been moved to history will be reported.  Any active contracts (i.e. Open, Reservation, or non-fully paid) will not be reported.  The historical lookup feature in File Maintenance would be the preferred methods since all contracts regardless of active or historical are shown.
