Overview: You can not delete a Web Quote from the import screen. You must import the quote and handle the cancelling from within the program.
1. Go to Counter Menu System
2. Select Tools
3. Choose Web Quote Import – Double click on the web quote.
4. Once selected, the following screen will appear:
5. Select cancel in the contract
*Note: This will cancel the web quote from the Web Quote Import box.
