System Notifications can be set up in Point of Rental, sending a notification to a person based on modifications or changes that are made to contracts, purchase orders, etc. Below is a sample of types of notifications.
Examples:
System Notification – Overbook. A person can be notified when items that are overbooked needs certain attention.
System Notification – Reservation: You can now set up a System Notification every time a new reservation is written with a reservation date within X days.
System Notification – Lowering Amount: You can set up a System Notification every time a contract is modified and the total amount of the contract is lowered.
System Notification – Locked Contract: You can set up a System Notification to notify you when someone modifies a contract.
System Notification - Purchase Orders: You can set up a System Notification every time a Purchase Order is written over a certain dollar amount.
System Notification - Refund on Closed Contract; You can set the minimum refund amount before your are notified. Allowing you to be notified when a counter person is refunding money out of the cash drawer.
